Padahal, sayur mengandung gizi yang baik dan menyehatkan tubuh. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pgk.gisjogja.sch.id\/en\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Playgroup-Kindergarten <\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gisjogja.sch.id\/\">Global Islamic School 3 Yogyakarta<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/pgk.gisjogja.sch.id\/en\/\">PG-K GIS 3 Jogja<\/a>) merespons persoalan yang telah mengakar ini dengan menyelenggarakan <\/span><b>Fun Cooking <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><b>Makan Sehat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selama tiga hari (Selasa\u2013Kamis, 8\u201310 September 2026), anak-anak dilibatkan dalam kegiatan mengolah sayur-mayur menjadi makanan praktis. Nantinya, makanan itu akan dikonsumsi anak-anak sendiri supaya mereka terbiasa makan sayur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meja-meja di tiap ruang kelas dipenuhi oleh potongan-potongan sayur segar, menandakan bahwa mereka akan berkreasi dengan bahan-bahan tersebut. Didukung tayangan presentasi warna-warni, para guru mendeskripsikan bahan dan kandungan gizi apa saja yang ada dalam tiap jenis olahan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aktivitas berikutnya melatih anak-anak untuk tertib sekaligus menjaga kebersihan ketika akan menyentuh makanan. Secara bergantian, mereka mencuci tangan dengan sabun, sebuah langkah awal untuk bekerja dengan bersih dan higienis.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apron dan topi yang dipakaikan oleh para guru membuat anak-anak tampak seperti koki-koki cilik. Dimulai dari persiapan, menyusun isian, sampai mengemas makanan yang sudah siap makan, setiap tahapan dijelaskan tanpa terburu-buru.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guru berjalan mendekati setiap anak, memastikan mereka mengikuti petunjuk, tidak tertinggal, dan memperoleh porsi sesuai takaran.
